About FindHaul
What FindHaul Is
FindHaul is an independent research and discovery resource. We organize, index and contextualize QC finds, spreadsheet references, shopping agent information, and product research guides. We help international shoppers navigate the fragmented ecosystem of Chinese shopping agents — services that help buyers purchase from platforms like Taobao, Weidian and 1688.
FindHaul does not sell products, process orders, handle payments, or ship goods. We are not a shopping agent. We are not affiliated with any shopping agent. We are an independent editorial resource.
Who Operates FindHaul
FindHaul is independently operated. Our editorial contributors research and organize source-linked material, which may include public provider information, third-party directories, community references and FindHaul editorial guides.
How FindHaul Selects and Organizes Information
Sources vary by page. Depending on a page's stated scope, they may include:
- Publicly available agent information — service fees, shipping options, QC policies, and platform features published on agent websites.
- Community or public spreadsheet references — when specifically attributed, product-link collections found on public platforms or third-party directories.
- Third-party QC photo references — when a page cites them, images or image collections whose source and order-specific relevance still require verification.
- Independent editorial research — comparisons, guides and analysis written by FindHaul contributors.
We organize these resources by agent, category, and type to make discovery easier. We do not fabricate product data, seller reviews, ratings, or quality assessments. Any displayed rating, review count or "trending" indicator should be read with the source and measurement limits stated on its page.
How External Links Are Reviewed
FindHaul may check an external link when reviewing a page or cited source, but it does not continuously monitor every link. The date and notes on the relevant page define what was checked. In particular:
- External links may come from official providers, public directories, community references or other attributed third-party sources, and are not controlled by FindHaul.
- Links may break, redirect or change after a recorded check.
- We do not verify seller quality, product authenticity, price accuracy, stock availability, or shipping outcomes.
- Where a review date is displayed, it applies only to the review scope described on that page.
Update Schedule
FindHaul does not promise a fixed or rotating update schedule. Pages may be updated after a new source check, a supported correction, or another documented editorial change. Review dates appear where applicable and should be read with the scope stated on the page.
Correction Process
If you find incorrect information, broken links, outdated agent data, or other issues on FindHaul, you may contact us with supporting details. Submissions may be considered as editorial capacity allows, without a guaranteed review or update time. Contact information is available on our Contact page.
How to Report Broken Links or Errors
Report broken links, outdated information, or errors through our Contact page. To report a correction, broken link, or source issue, include the page URL, a description of the disputed content, and supporting evidence. Complete reports are easier to assess, but no fixed assessment or response interval is promised.
About Review Dates
A page's review date records the specific check described on that page. It does not imply that every external link, price, stock status, QC outcome, seller status or shipping policy was checked, and it does not indicate ongoing monitoring after that date.
FindHaul Content vs Third-Party Communities
FindHaul is an independent platform. FindHaul content — including editorial guides, research articles, comparison tables, and resource organization — is created by FindHaul contributors. When a page references third-party material, its source may be an official provider, public directory, community platform or another attributed publisher; the source label on that page defines the relationship.
FindHaul does not control, endorse, or take responsibility for third-party community content, external seller behavior, product quality, shipping outcomes, or customs results.
