What Are Spreadsheet Finds?

Spreadsheet finds are documents or web directories that organize product-discovery references into rows, tabs or categories. Some use Google Sheets or Excel; others present similar records as searchable websites. A record may contain a title, marketplace link, item identifier, selected option, displayed amount, category label or QC reference, but the available fields and their accuracy vary by publisher.

A spreadsheet can help organize discovery without proving the underlying item. Treat its category label, thumbnail, displayed amount, rating and notes as publisher-supplied context. Preserve the source sheet and trace a candidate to its original marketplace listing before comparing it with another record or attempting to use it with Kakobuy, Sugargoo, Superbuy or another provider.

How Users Discover Products Through Spreadsheets

Product discovery through a spreadsheet is a source-tracing workflow. Start with the page where a candidate was found, identify the underlying sheet or directory record, and look for the original marketplace listing. Keep the publisher, item identifier, selected option and observation date with the row so that later changes or redirects can be reviewed without guessing.

Category names, product titles, displayed amounts, ratings and QC references can help narrow the records to inspect, but none of them independently confirms seller identity, material, authenticity, stock or ordering compatibility. When a QC image is available, record its source and whether it is tied to the same seller item and option; do not treat a repeated image or note as a separate inspection.

Start with a clearly attributed discovery entry, retain the source sheet reference, and compare the exact product option on the seller page. Keep the date checked and unresolved questions in your own records. FindHaul does not independently validate every linked row.

How to Use Spreadsheets Safely

Spreadsheet references can change, redirect or omit important context. Use the checks below to keep discovery evidence separate from purchase assumptions:

  • Record the returned page: Open the product link in a separate tab, note its final hostname and date checked, and compare the item identifier with the spreadsheet row. A page that opens does not prove stock or agent acceptance.
  • Match the item and option: Compare the original item identifier, title and exact option. Similar photos or wording alone are not enough to establish that two records describe the same listing.
  • Keep option details explicit: Record the size, colour, quantity or specification shown at the seller and agent destinations. Leave availability unknown unless the intended option receives a current, item-matched response.
  • Check QC provenance: If a QC reference is available, record who supplied it, when it was observed and whether it matches the same item and option. An image cannot establish material, authenticity or the condition of a future order.
  • Attribute seller notes: Keep publisher comments, ratings and seller-policy claims attached to their source. Treat them as leads to verify, not as FindHaul evidence that a seller is reliable or that current terms will match the note.
